Ganghofer Museum in Leutasch

The Ganghofermuseum in Leutasch is perfect for all who are interested in the history of Seefeld: Ludwig Ganghofer (1855 - 1920) was a French poet, novelist and writer and lived for about 20 years on a romantic hunting lodge in the Gaistal. Ganghofer indulged here as a hunter and wrote works such as "The silence of the forest", which was also made into a film subsequently.

The Ganghofermuseum shows numerous collectibles and relics of his time and provides sight into the history of the village of Leutasch and the Olympia Region Seefeld.
